Millions on the Gulf Coast are monitoring Hurricane Isaias, which is expected to make landfall Friday night.5 p.m. update:Conditions continue to deteriorate across the Florida Panhandle as Hurricane Isaias is nearing landfall.The 5 pm advisory from the National Hurricane Center had winds of 115 mph, still making Isaias a Category 3 major hurricane.Isaias is now 90 miles south of Pensacola.Some weakening is possible, but Isaias will likely hit as a Cat 3 storm over the western Panhandle of Florida Friday night.Rain bands are intensifying across the western Panhandle, and intense rain, wind and storm surge will increase Friday evening.The tornado threat remains elevated, and a Tornado Watch continues for much of the Panhandle and Big Bend areas until 9 pm.Landfall remains likely between Pensacola and Destin in the far western Panhandle during the next few hours.Central Florida ImpactsWhile Isaias will remain well west of the region, some indirect impacts are possible this evening.The Tor
