Ukraine says Russia exploiting Starlink issues amid strikes that leave 600K without power

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Wednesday that Russian forces are seeking to exploit disruptions with Starlink connectivity as Ukraine contends with large-scale missile and drone attacks that have left at least 600,000 people without electricity and have damaged dozens of energy facilities.
