Victim of Winter Garden alligator attack remembered as kind, generous

Steven Hamilton, a 71-year-old man who people in the area said regularly fished at a retention pond near Lake Apopka in Winter Garden, was killed Friday in an alligator attack. WESH 2 News heard from those who knew him, as well as from a woman who's calling for more FWC action after her dog was taken by a Lake Apopka alligator.
